Have glowy skin and hair this winter with this simple recipe

Recipe:

Winter Juice:
(Makes for 2)

Beetroot 1/2
Carrot 1-2 whole
Pineapple 3 rings
Ginger 1 small pc
Mint 1 handful
Fresh Amla 1-2 whole
Water to blend 400-500 ml
Pinch of pepper powder

Blend all the ingredients with water and drink fresh every morning as a dose of tonic.

Helpful for your hair and skin health and increases haemoglobin

Kitchen Tip:

Always Steam the root vegetables instead of roasting them or boiling them to gain maximum nutritional benefits from these vegetables.
