Shredded beetroot 1 cup
Shredded cabbage and spinach 1 cup
Shredded carrot 1 cup
3 tbsp finely chopped onion
Shredded Paneer 1.5 cups
1 cup rolled oats powdered
1/2 cup raagi flour
Spices to taste – salt, pepper, lemon juice, chat masala.
Mix the shredded vegetables well and add paneer, oats flour and raagi flour to make soft dough.
Make cutlets from this stuffing and roast it with light oil or ghee.
Serve warm with chutney or soup on side.
