Fateh Singh, a young martial artist from Amritsar has scripted history by winning the World Grand Prix Championships in Europe as he was crowned the youngest champion. It took only a television show watched at home with his dad to stumble upon Gatka, an ancient martial art originating from the Punjab region. Seeing the enthusiasm of their son and his firm determination his parents decided to send him on a professional training with Gatka performers. Fateh received guidance from them. After learning under their mentorship, he underwent serious training. Every day, he would work on refining his craft, sharpening his skills and perfecting the executon. According to coaches and trainers, his speed coupled with accuracy made Gokul an imposing athlete in the sport. Fortunately for Fateh, he was loyal to the cause and rapidly built a reputation in local tournaments.
