As India continues to grow into a larger economy, the government is taking steps to offer upcoming start–ups as many incentives as possible. The world desperately demands new ideas and technologies to bring about a change in our society. Considering that, the state of Gujarat, known for its entrepreneurial essence, has taken a huge step towards developing our start-up ecosystem.
The Gujarat International Finance Tec-city, also known as the GIFT city in Gandhinagar, will now house what might be the country’s largest start-up space and also an international fintech institute. The GIFT city currently houses around 38 funds, 23 banks and 23 insurance companies and Intermediaries, which makes it a thriving business ecosystem.
The establishment of the international fintech institute helps to bridge skill gaps among fintech professionals by providing them with multidisciplinary training and integrating it with higher education.
