In a vibrant celebration of urban development and cultural heritage, Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel inaugurated the 20th edition of the Grand Property Show-Olympiad organized by CREDAI Ahmedabad-GIHED. The event, held at the GMDC Ground in Ahmedabad, signifies a monumental step forward for Gujarat’s real estate sector and the broader economic landscape. By blending the aspirations of modern housing with the spiritual significance of the “Somnath Swabhiman Parv,” the Chief Minister highlighted a vision where progress and heritage walk hand-in-hand.

The Property Show serves as a vital platform for developers, investors, and citizens, showcasing the rapid transformation of Ahmedabad. During the inauguration, the Chief Minister launched the inspiring film “Aa Ahmedabadno Dasko Che” (This is Ahmedabad’s Decade), underscoring the city’s trajectory toward becoming a global metropolis. Sustainability and environmental responsibility also took center stage during the event. Shri Bhupendra Patel urged the real estate community and citizens to adopt green practices such as rainwater harvesting and energy conservation. He articulated that the path to a Viksit Bharat (Developed India) must be paved with environmental protection. By integrating these values into urban planning, Gujarat aims to set a national example of how high-growth regions can effectively mitigate challenges like global warming while continuing to expand.
