cars and 29 bikes to its employees as part of its Diwali celebrations. This initiative aims to

The structural steel design and detailing firm, which employs around 180 skilled professionals
from humble backgrounds, chose a range of vehicles from reputable brands, including Hyundai,
Tata, Maruti Suzuki, and Mercedes-Benz. Managing Director Sridhar Kannan emphasized that
the gesture is not just a reward but a recognition of the employees’ pivotal role in driving the
company’s success.
Kannan stated, “Our employees are our greatest assets. We wanted to show our appreciation
for their tireless efforts.” The selection process for these rewards was based on performance
and years of service, ensuring that those who have demonstrated exceptional commitment were

This initiative isn’t the first of its kind for Team Detailing Solutions. In 2022, the company gifted
cars to two senior colleagues, and this year’s expanded gesture marks a significant step in their
employee recognition program. Employees have the option to choose vehicles beyond the
predetermined selection, provided they cover the difference in cost.
In addition to the vehicle gifts, the company has also increased its marriage assistance fund.
Previously set at Rs 50,000, the support has now been raised to Rs 1 lakh, demonstrating a
commitment to the personal milestones of its employees.
Kannan believes these actions will foster a positive work environment, stating, “We expect this
gesture to boost morale, motivation, and productivity.” By prioritizing employee development
