Since my university days, I’ve always had a thing for dressing up. I loved customizing and styling my outfits, but between my studies and a 15-year stint in Dubai, it was just a hobby. My time in Dubai, though, only fueled this passion. I was always on the lookout for new designs, latest trends, and just generally analyzing clothes.
The opportunity to finally turn this passion into something more came when we moved back to Surat right before COVID. I had this idea: what if I could use my love for design to help others? And so, Privé by Parthavi was born.
Why “Privé”? Well, it was simple. I wanted to create something truly personal for people—something they could call uniquely theirs. I was tired of the high-street brands offering the same outfits to everyone. I wanted to make custom outfits tailored to each person’s unique liking and sizing.
But I didn’t want to stop there. A great outfit is only half the battle. That’s why I sprinkle in some free styling advice with every order. I want my patrons to not just wear an outfit, but to own the complete look. It’s about empowering them to slay, not just dress up.
It’s been a beautiful and incredibly fulfilling journey. This whole venture is a testament to putting my passion into action, and the outcome has been more rewarding than I could have ever imagined.
