RECIPE
Stuffed multigrain bhakri
For Bhakri dough:
whole wheat flour 1 cup + jowar flour
1/4th cup + ragi flour 1/4 th cup.
Mix 1 cup curd in this and make a dough.
Make 2 small bhakris of same size.
For Filling:
Saute shredded carrots cabbage spinach
and paneer. Add spices to this mixture.
Put 1 spoon of this mixture between 2
bhakris and roast well on both sides.
Serve with chutney and curd on side.
